The stars were flung across the skies
Reflected in his ebon eyes
His lips were full and deeply red
And whispered things most mortals dread.
But I who lay in his embrace
Felt no such fear, no not a trace
As his cold hands caressed my skin
He murmured to me "I am sin"
My passion flared, a bright hot stain
Upon my soul, his lust to gain
I gave myself to his desire
That seared me with unholy fire.
Beneath a moon, so pale and far
The shadows cast a jagged scar
Across my body, white and gleaming
A scarlet sea of blood was streaming
His hungery mouth drank in my life
His fangs stabbed into me like a knife
I surrendered to his savage bite
As a mournful howl impaled the night ...
